Where do the raw materials of your products come from?
All raw materials including 65Mn, C67S, 40Cr and GCr15 are purchased from formal domestic large-scale steel mills with complete material certification. We build long-term stable cooperation with qualified steel suppliers. For stainless steel materials, we select well-known domestic and imported stainless steel sources. All incoming steel is inspected strictly before warehousing to guarantee stable raw material quality.
Where is the area of your company and factory?
Our production factory is located in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, with standardized production workshops, raw material storage warehouse and finished goods warehouse to support mass production of various DIN & ISO standard fasteners.
What types of products do you have in your company?
We mainly produce a full range of standard fasteners including DIN471 shaft circlips, DIN472 bore circlips, DIN6799 E-type retaining rings, DIN2093 Belleville disc springs, DIN1481/ISO8752 slotted spring pins, DIN1 solid cylindrical pins, DIN7 taper pins, DIN7978 internal thread cylindrical pins, DIN7979C single-end internal thread taper pins and DIN7979D double-end internal thread taper pins. Custom non-standard fasteners are also available upon request.
Can you make different surface treatments such as black oxide, phosphating and oil coating according to customer requirements?
Multiple surface options are available for all products; surface processing plan can be adjusted based on client’s actual working environment.
Is mixed loading of different kinds of fasteners allowed in one shipment to save customer’s logistics cost?
Multiple product categories and mixed sizes can be packed together in one container for large orders to reduce overall freight expense.
How about production lead time for stocked items and customized non-standard goods respectively?
In-stock standard goods ship within 7 working days; customized non-standard products take 30–45 working days after deposit confirmation.
What documents can you supply for bulk purchasing inspection?
Material certificate, dimension inspection report and surface treatment test sheet can be issued as buyer’s requirement.
Are your entire range of fasteners interchangeable with corresponding DIN, ISO international standard parts for existing production lines?
Standard specification products fully comply with relevant DIN/ISO standards and can directly replace imported standard fasteners; samples for trial installation are available.
Can you provide free pre-production samples before bulk formal order?
Small free samples are available; clients only cover the courier cost, and the sample charge will be deducted from the bulk payment after formal order confirmation
Does your factory accept OEM & customized non-standard size orders for DIN/ISO series pins, circlips and disc springs?
We support customized dimension, material, surface finish and logo OEM for all our standard products, MOQ depends on specific item and size.
