Integrated Full-process Production Layout for Dual Product Lines
We operate specialized workshops for both fasteners and steel strips, covering the whole production flow from raw material processing, heat treatment, surface finishing to automatic sorting & packaging. Equipped with an independent inspection lab, we realize closed-loop manufacturing to satisfy mass production and customized non-standard orders for global clients.
Primary Processing & Forming Workshop
Fastener workshop completes die development, stamping and semi-finished product inspection with stamping & wire-forming equipment; steel strip workshop finishes pickling, cold rolling, annealing and slitting to purify raw materials and eliminate defective semi-finished products before next working procedure.
Specialized Heat Treatment Workshop
Customized heating processes are adopted for different raw materials to release internal stress and enhance hardness, toughness and wear resistance of fasteners; quenching & blasting treatment optimizes the mechanical performance and surface quality of steel strips, with performance test required after heat treatment.
Surface Treatment Workshop for Anti-corrosion Finishing
Fasteners go through deburring, black oxide or phosphating to boost rust resistance and assembly performance; steel strips are oil-coated for anti-rust and surface leveling. Full visual inspection is implemented to reject flawed products.
Precision Machining, Sorting & Packaging Workshop
Defective fasteners are screened out via automatic optical inspection; finished goods are packed with customized moisture-proof packaging. Steel strips are processed by CNC lathe/milling machines for bespoke precision fabrication, followed by standardized counting and package for safe long-distance transportation.
Independent QC Laboratory for Full-chain Quality Control
Separated from production lines, our lab is equipped with complete physical & chemical testing instruments. We conduct incoming raw material test, in-process patrol inspection and finished-product delivery inspection to make sure all items comply with international standards before shipment.

What documents can you supply for bulk purchasing inspection?
Material certificate, dimension inspection report and surface treatment test sheet can be issued as buyer’s requirement.
How about production lead time for stocked items and customized non-standard goods respectively?
In-stock standard goods ship within 7 working days; customized non-standard products take 30–45 working days after deposit confirmation.
Is mixed loading of different kinds of fasteners allowed in one shipment to save customer’s logistics cost?
Multiple product categories and mixed sizes can be packed together in one container for large orders to reduce overall freight expense.
Can you make different surface treatments such as black oxide, phosphating and oil coating according to customer requirements?
Multiple surface options are available for all products; surface processing plan can be adjusted based on client’s actual working environment.
